風木立の川辺 紫明館／水上

会社の保養所として使われてきた宿泊施設を、一般にも利用できるようにし、収益率を上げることを目的として行われたリノベーション三部作である。
この宿はペットと一緒に泊まれる宿をコンセプトにしている。キャンプなどを趣味にした家族をターゲットにしている。部屋のデザインは洋風でチェック模様を多用している。空間デザインから、ロゴマーク、家具、アートの調達、制服に至るまでの総合的にデザインし、先人の設計を最大限に生かしながら新しいモチーフを加えて行くことで、新しいホテルへと転換した。

This renovation trilogy was undertaken with the goal of increasing the profitability of the lodging facility, which had been used as a company recreation center, by making it available to the general public.
The inn is based on the concept of a pet-friendly lodging. It targets families with camping and other hobbies.
The rooms are designed in a Western style with a lot of check patterns.The hotel was comprehensively designed from space design to furniture, art procurement, and uniforms, and was transformed into a new hotel by adding new motifs while making the most of the predecessor's design.
